Tee Sheet Access & Tentative Opening Day

As was previously announced - the first day of play is set tentatively for Thursday, May 1st. 

The tee sheet will open for bookings ONLINE @ 4:00pm TODAY - April 24th.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS OPENING DATE MAY STILL BE DELAYED DUE TO UNFAVOURABLE WEATHER - If the club decides to push the official start date, all tee times on those dates will be notified and cancelled by the Proshop.

Throughout the season - the daily tee sheet will become available ONLINE (website & app) 8 days in advance at 9:00pm.  Once the golf season begins - telephone bookings will be accepted starting at 7:00am, 7 days in advance.As the demand for tee times is anticipated to remain steady, please remember that walk-on times are not encouraged.  All members and their guests are asked to book in advance before arriving at the club.  If you are planning on hosting guests this season - please peruse our Club Guest Policy.

Please call the Proshop @ 905-722-3772 ext. 222 with any additional inquiries or if you are having difficulties booking online or through our app (Clubhouse Online).  Our Professional Staff will be available from 9:00am - 5:00pm until the course opens.  Once the season begins - the Proshop will be staffed from dawn till dusk.

To ensure our members have maximum access to the tee sheet - occasionally the Proshop will contact and request singles & twosomes be paired with other groups. Please understand that access to the tee is very important here at the Briars - which means "ghost booking" and "block booking" will be dealt with appropriately.Please note: Voicemails/emails may not be checked immediately - please use all the booking options available or continue to call the Proshop to ensure you are taken care of.

Buddies

To help improve the booking process we strongly recommend all members utilize the "buddies" section of our online booking systems as well - this allows you to quickly add your "buddies" to your time without having to search the entire member roster.  When tee times currently in-use are all searching the member roster simultaneously, this can create much longer wait times.   Early Bird PackagesFinally - Don't forget to stock up now before the season begins!
